PROJECT OVERVIEW
American Wholesale Lighting (AWL), a family-owned leader in energy-efficient lighting, sought to increase revenue and enhance brand presence but faced key challenges. Relying heavily on word-of-mouth limited their market visibility, and the absence of a structured business development (BD) framework hindered growth. Inconsistent marketing efforts, outdated materials, and a minimal digital presence further impacted AWL's ability to communicate its unique value.
AWL engaged Elevate Advisors for a comprehensive BD and marketing audit which uncovered gaps in their BD structure, brand messaging, and digital strategy. Based on these findings, Elevate was retained to develop a formal BD framework, recruit key team members, and create a customized marketing and BD strategy aligned with AWL's growth goals.
Elevate now serves as AWL’s business development advisor and external marketing agency, tasked with building a BD structure, enhancing their digital presence, launching targeted social media campaigns, and revamping the website to improve brand visibility and client acquisition. While still in the early stages, AWL is positioned to benefit from a more strategic and structured approach to business development and marketing, supporting long-term growth.
