Strategic Planning & Leadership Alignment
PROJECT OVERVIEW
CAGE Civil Engineering partnered with Elevate Advisors to create a comprehensive strategic plan focused on leadership alignment and long-term growth. Recognizing the need for a clear, actionable roadmap, CAGE engaged Elevate to facilitate a two-day Strategic Planning Workshop. Elevate began with pre-workshop interviews and assessments, gathering insights on the firm's position, market challenges, and leadership alignment through internal and external surveys.
Elevate helped unify the leadership team around a shared 10-year vision, while identifying CAGE’s differentiators and competitive advantages. Through strategic exercises, including a SWOT analysis, growth matrix development, and trend analysis, Elevate guided CAGE in setting three-year goals and developing a tactical one-year plan with clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and initiatives.
The final result was a comprehensive Strategic Plan Action Report, outlining long-term goals, key initiatives, and assigned responsibilities. Elevate also provided tracking tools to ensure accountability and flexibility. CAGE is now equipped with a unified leadership team and a strategic plan designed to drive sustainable growth and navigate market challenges with confidence.
Following the Strategic Planning, Elevate was contracted to manage the implementation of the plan and lead the Growth objective. Additionally, Elevate provides business development support, including the development of the firm's Business Development Plan, expansion plan, a BD playbook of all processes, resources, templates, and more. This support extends to doer-seller training, strategic recruiting, and business development strategy. Through this continued partnership, CAGE is leveraging Elevate's expertise to achieve operational excellence and drive transformative growth in a competitive market.
