PROJECT OVERVIEW
Elevate Advisors led the strategic planning process for Design West Architects, resulting in a comprehensive 3-year plan that included strategies, detailed tactics, and a clear timeline for implementation. Elevate’s approach also involved conducting a trends analysis, identifying key differentiators, and developing a business development growth strategy to guide the firm’s expansion. To ensure the plan stayed on track, Elevate provided quarterly visioning update meetings for accountability and progress checks.
