Elevate Advisors played a pivotal role in the launch of Elevation Land Solutions, a 150-person Texas-based engineering firm. From developing the firm's name to creating its comprehensive brand identity, Elevate guided the leadership team through defining their purpose, vision, mission, values, and behaviors. Elevate also oversaw key branding elements including logo design, website creation, marketing collateral, signage, and stationery.
Four years later, Elevate continues to serve as Elevation’s external marketing agency while also providing operational support including a seat on the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. Most recently, Elevate updated the firm's website to prioritize their top need: recruiting. This update reinforced Elevation Land Solutions' brand presence and positioned them as an attractive employer in a competitive market.
