PROJECT OVERVIEW
Elevate Advisors partnered with Fisher Associates to lead their 2025 Strategic Planning session followed by quarterly accountability meetings to ensure progress. Elevate provided Fractional Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) services, guiding business development (BD) planning, client capture strategies, and ongoing coaching. As Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Elevate conducted a marketing audit, developed a new marketing plan, and implemented campaigns while coaching the marketing team.
A key achievement was Elevate’s project pursuits campaign to secure on-call engineering contracts with the New York County Highway Superintendents Association (NYCHSA). Focused on increasing transportation revenue by 10%, Elevate’s eight-month campaign leveraged thought leadership, case studies, and social media. Through tailored proposals, Fisher achieved a 100% success rate, retaining five regions, gaining two new ones, and securing 14 county-specific selections, including seven new counties.
Elevate’s leadership in BD planning, marketing support, and team development significantly strengthened Fisher Associates’ approach to both business development and marketing.
