PROJECT OVERVIEW
After encountering challenges with a previous rebranding effort, J2 turned to Elevate Advisors to successfully revamp their brand and website. Elevate’s approach prioritized recruitment and business development, which significantly strengthened J2's market position and competitive edge. When J2 secured a new corporate headquarters, Elevate seamlessly managed the branding process, handling everything from design to decor. The project culminated in a successful launch event that elevated employee engagement and reinforced J2's core values.
Elevate quickly became a trusted partner as J2 navigated rapid growth and new challenges. The collaboration extended to providing comprehensive marketing support services from managing J2’s social media presence, developing customized strategies, providing critical crisis communication support, and crafting compelling marketing and recruitment campaigns that included producing thought leadership content, and impactful case studies.
Elevate has developed and implemented a business development (BD) program, led annual BD planning efforts, led monthly market sector BD meetings for accountability, facilitated doer-seller training, and assisted with business development strategy.
The relationship between J2 and Elevate deepened through J2 CEO Jeff Gilliland’s participation in Elevate’s annual C-Suite leadership experience, Altitude. This program has provided J2’s leadership with valuable insights, connections, and opportunities to grow alongside peers across the industry.
