Stolfus & Associates (Stolfus), a woman-owned transportation engineering firm, partnered with Elevate Advisors to enhance their business development (BD) and marketing strategies as the firm navigated a competitive market and aimed for growth.

Initially, Elevate conducted a comprehensive BD and marketing audit, which revealed critical areas for improvement, including the need for a stronger brand presence, more efficient BD processes, and the development of internal skills to support growth initiatives​​.

Following the audit, Stolfus retained Elevate for strategic planning along with ongoing marketing and BD support to elevate brand visibility. This includes managing social media strategy and execution, targeted marketing and recruiting campaign development and execution, proposal development, and thought leadership.

Stolfus also sought Elevate’s support in launching the "Moving Forward" initiative, a DE&I campaign centered around community engagement and education, which resulted in increased internal participation and external recognition​​.
