PROJECT OVERVIEW
Since 2018, Elevate Advisors has been instrumental in guiding Tamarack Grove Engineering (TGE) through significant business development (BD) and marketing transformations. Elevate began by leading TGE’s first strategic plan, establishing the foundation for their growth. Under a retainer contract, Elevate provided leadership in marketing and BD, coaching the marketing coordinator and leadership team, and eventually transitioning to a supportive advisory role.
Elevates contributions included thought leadership content creation, case study development, and the launch of a new brand identity and website, which have earned multiple industry awards. Elevate also played a critical role in helping TGE develop a strategy for entry into the federal market, further expanding their reach. The partnership continues to evolve, with Elevate offering strategic guidance for market and geographic expansion, ensuring TGE's ongoing success.
