PROJECT OVERVIEW
Prior to founding Elevate Advisors, Jen Newman led a business development (BD) audit for TTL, which laid the foundation for a comprehensive overhaul of their BD structure and processes. This initial engagement was followed by the development and facilitation of a one-year Doer-Seller BD training program, where Jen traveled to all TTL offices to deliver in-person training to help staff enhance their business development skills. TTL later re-engaged Jen and the Elevate team to facilitate their strategic and BD planning, conduct a marketing audit, and provide ongoing BD and marketing support.
Later, Elevate led TTLs strategic planning. We then worked closely with TTL leadership, and Jen Newman served as external Chief Business Development Officer, to refine their BD structure, hire regional business development leaders, and build a cohesive team focused on achieving TTL's strategic growth goals. In addition to BD support, Elevate provided comprehensive marketing support services, including social media management, thought leadership content creation, proposal support, and marketing campaigns. Elevate also developed a highly successful recruiting campaign, leading to an improvement in candidate quality and quantity. Furthermore, Elevate designed and launched TTL's new website, which included the creation of nearly 100 project case studies, significantly enhancing TTL’s online presence.
